OUR LAUNCH STRATEGY
Your first year is on us.
List your property free for 12 months after your listing is approved and published. Guests book directly through your website. There’s no Superhosts Direct listing fee during your free year and no Superhosts Direct booking commission on those bookings. No card is required to apply.
After your free year, we may offer a paid listing plan with a small annual fee. Renewal pricing has not been set. We’ll share your renewal options before your free year ends—you decide whether to continue. No automatic enrollment or charge: a paid plan requires your explicit agreement.
For a property already in our directory, your free year starts after your ownership claim is verified and approved—not when the listing was imported. Your existing booking software, payment processor, and other services may still charge their own fees.
